Lucas Rockford hit Cam Jones on a 15 yard touchdown to go up 10-7 on Nazareth Academy midway through the first quarter, and suddenly it looked like Springfield High had a shot at a huge upset in the first round of the 6A playoffs. The rest of the way, however, came up all Road Runners. Nazareth rattled off 34 straight points to go into halftime up 41-10, and despite a good fight from Springfield High in the second half, Nazareth bounced the Senators from the playoffs with a 55-37 win.
