Brittany Wagner, the Academic Advisor and breakout star of the hit Netflix documentary series “Last Chance U,” paid Springfield High a visit to talk to the football team about her experience working with college athletes given their last opportunity to play football. Wagner’s “Do you have a pencil?” mantra stresses the importance of preparation both on and off the football field, as Wagner also spoke of the journeys of players she’s seen throughout her time working for East Mississippi Community College.
