Williamsville quarterback Justice Ferrier threw for 386 yards and four touchdowns while adding 46 yards and another score in the first half of Friday’s 47-6 win over Maroa-Forsyth. Ferrier didn’t add anything to his stats in the second half because he didn’t need to. Bullets’ senior Jeremiah Jackson blocked a punt, then scooped and scored it on the Trojans’ first drive of the second half, running the score to 41-0 and starting the running clock on the No. 2 team in Class 2A.
Ferrier got major help from his impressive receiving crew. T.J. Ater caught a pair of scores and Hunter Thompson and Joe Mitchell each added receiving touchdowns as well.
Williamsville (3-0) will play North Mac (3-0) next week. The Bullets have lost each of the last two matchups against the Panthers. Maroa-Forsyth (2-1) will play Pleasant Plains (2-1).
