Lincoln’s run to the 2014 3A state championship game will will be told as legend for years to come by Railer Nation. Gavin Block, who was a junior and a major contributor on that team, has since transitioned to the college game at Ohio University where he started 31 of 31 games as a sophomore. In his first two seasons he took a total of 85 charges for the Bobcats (YES. 85!). So it’s safe to say he’s brought a little of Lincoln with him to Athens, Ohio. This week we caught up with Block while he’s back home on break.
