Jake Armstrong went the distance in Normal U-High’s 3-2 win over Williamsville in the Plains Invite on Saturday. The Bullets had the potential game tying run on second with no outs in the bottom of the seventh, but Armstrong struck out WIllaimsville’s 1-3 hitters to end the game.
