We caught up with Lanphier senior Yaakema Rose after the 3A Effingham sectional semifinal along with teammates Aundrae Williams and Karl Wright after their win over Champaign Central.
Rose put up 34 points, 10 rebounds and five steals; Williams had 25 points and Karl Wright was a difference maker on the defensive end of the floor.
