Lanphier didn’t need overtime to beat SHG on Tuesday like they did at City Tournament a few weeks ago. Frankly, they barely needed the second half in a 73-51 win that saw the Lions build a 24 point lead at the half.
Cardell McGee Jr. led the Lions with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Yaakema Rose scored 17 points and added five boards. Lanphier travels to Lincoln on Friday for the final time in the Railers’ CS8 tenure.
