Following Lanphier’s dominant showing in the Pekin Holiday Tournament, the Lions garnered the No. 1 seed in class 3A. Lanphier’s debut on the top of the totem pole was impressive on Tuesday night in a 57-41 win over Lincoln to remain unbeaten on the season and in the CS8. The loss is Lincoln’s first in conference play.
Aundrae Williams scored a team high 17 points. Yaakema Rose dropped 12, including 10 in the opening quarter. Isaiah Bowers paced Lincoln with a game high 18 points.
