The six seeded New Berlin Pretzels got their chance at revenge after losing to Athens a couple weeks…on a big stage. New Berlin took on defending Waverly Holiday Tournament champion and number one seeded Athens on Thursday night and Hunter Stockton led the Pretzels to a 34-33 win over the Warriors.
Max Day gave New Berlin a one point lead with under a minute to play and Hunter Stockton knocked down two huge free throws with nine seconds on the clock to give the Pretzels the Waverly Holiday tournament crown.
