In a rematch of last season’s Lincoln Land High School Hockey championship, SHG defeated Decatur, 9-3 on Monday night at the Nelson Center. Jared Viele led the way for the Cyclones, scoring four goals. Zachary Eddington tallied five assists in the win.
SHG and Decatur took the ice in the front end of a double-header that featured a matchup between Central State 8 foes, Springfield and Glenwood.
