Rose scored a game high 19 points including the two at the buzzer that put the win on ice. Aundrae Williams, who helped force the turnover that Rose scored on, was 5-of-9 from 3-point range and finished with 17 points.

Illini recruiting target Tim Finke scored a team high 15 points and added five rebounds for Central in the loss.
