Ashleigh Cearlock picked up her second hat trick in as many sectional games and SHG cruised to a 5-0 win over QND in Friday's 1A SHG Sectional Finals. Macy Vorreyer scored twice in the first ever sectional championship in school history in girls soccer. The win was the second for the Cyclones over QND this season. SHG beat the Raiders 1-0 in regular season play.
SHG will play in the 1A UIS Supersectional next Tuesday against the winner of Alton Marquette and Columbia who play on Saturday.
