Becca Jostes needed just 54 seconds to notch her first goal of the day. The Rocket forward got her hat trick with 20 minutes to play as Rochester rolled Glenwood 5-0 in the 2A Chatham regional championship game.
Rochester led 2-0 on goals from Jostes and Amanda Williams before Jostes scored two more in the first twenty minutes of the second half.
