Talon File started the seventh with a solo shot and Justin Beggs hit a two run, walk off home run in the bottom of the seventh inning as Williamsville beat Athens 5-4 in the 2A Riverton regional semifinal.
Athens scored two runs in the first inning and added two more in the top of the sixth to lead Williamsville 4-0 and the Warriors needing just six outs to pull off the huge upset.
Williamsville scratched out a run in the sixth and then scored four in the seventh off the File home run, a Vince Vingali RBI double and Beggs' two run blast to end it.
Williamsville will play Argenta-Oreana on Saturday for the 2A Riverton regional championship.
