Baylee Smith added the fifth and final goal over a Sacred Heart team that many consider to be one of the top two teams in the Central State 8 and a team that could make a run at the 1A state tournament.
Rochester is the defending 1A state champion, but moved up to Class 2A this year because of enrollment.
