It was hard to find people who thought Williamsville belonged on the court with QND before Tuesday's 2A sectional semifinal in Beardstown. It wasn't hard to find them after. The Bullets gave Quincy Notre Dame one of their toughest tests of the season before succumbing 62-54. Williamsville was within one point with less than three minutes to play and within three points in the final minute.
Harrison Creswell and Jake Pennell each scored 15 points for the Bullets and Jon Beal and Matt Watson both added 10. QND sophomore Justin Bottorff scored a game high 26.
