Xavier Bishop isn't ready for his career as a Lanphier Lion to end. Bishop scored 45 points, including 10 three-pointers to lead the Lions to a 91-59 win over Springfield High in the 3A Jacksonville regional semifinal on Tuesday night.
Bishop went 10 for 15 from three, 16 for 22 from the floor and 3 of 4 from the free throw line total 45 points to lead the Lions. When Bishop left the game with 6:06 to play, he had 45 points and Springfield High had just 46.
Aundrae Williams added 12 points and four assists for Lanphier.
Isaac Nelson scored 16 and Keon Day added 14 in their final game as a Senator.
Lanphier will await the winner of Jacksonville vs. Rochester on Wednesday night for a regional title showdown on Friday night at the Bowl.
