The Pleasant Plains Cardinals got a double double from senior Kaleb Wolters, including 11 of their first 13 points and another senior Daulton Nibbe had 11 assists, five steals and six points, while junior Isaac Collins hit six three-pointers to fuel the birds to a 75-46 win on senior night.
Collins scored a game high 20 points and now sits four points away from reaching 1,000 in his career. Collins also broke his own school record for three-pointers made in a season. Last year he set it at 98 and he now has 101 and counting.
Hunter Stockton scored 17 points to lead the Pretzels.
Pleasant Plains improved to 22-3 and 7-0 in the Sangamo. The Cardinals will travel to Riverton on Friday night with a chance to win the Sangamo conference crown outright.
