Four Central State 8 wrestlers advanced to the finals of Saturday's 2A sectionals at Mahomet Seymour High School. Springfield's Jacquez Stewart (120 lb) and Terrion Taborn (220 lb) earned individual sectional crowns and Lanphier's Chase Hampson (182 lb) and Edthao Crumb (285 lb) each finished as runner-up in their respective weight class.
The top four wrestlers from each weight class advances to next weekend's state tournament at the State Farm Center. Eight other CS8 wrestlers advance to state via wrestelbacks. You can see those matches HERE!
