Of all the three-point barrages that have rained down on Roy S. Anderson gymnasium by Railers over the years, Saturday's performance by Garett Aeilts was in a league of its own. The senior guard made 10 three's in an 83-43 win over Springfield High, setting a new single game record for three's made in a game. Considering the program, and what the Railers are known for doing best, Saturday's accomplishment is one that won't likely be trumped in Lincoln anytime soon.
Aeilts finished with a game high 32 points, 30 of which came from downtown. Lincoln improves to 3-1 in CS8 play and Springfield High falls to 0-5.
