Isaac Collins attempted 11 field goals, all of which were three pointers in Friday's 53-43 Pleasant Plains win over Williamsville. The junior made seven of those 11 for a game high 21 points, including two in the fourth quarter as the Cardinals pulled away. Collins is shooting 52.3 percent (23-44) for the season from behind the arc.
Williamsville led after each the first, second and third quarters but a three point lead heading to the fourth was quickly erased by a Cole Greer three pointer. Collins' last two deep balls came immediately after. Greer finished with eight points, six rebounds and six assists.
Harrison Creswell paced Williamsville with 14 points and five rebounds. The loss is the first suffered by the Bullets in Sangamo play this season (2-1 Sangamo). It was the first conference game of the year for the Cardinals who are now 1-0.
