Springfield held a 24-23 lead in the first set but Annie Urbance, who went for a team high seven kills, six assists and five digs, came through with a pair of kills and a game winning ace. Emma Hopkins added seven kills, Alli Lanzotti had six assists and Makayla Yoho had five digs.
The Senators were led in kills by freshman Abby Ratsch, who tallied seven in her first City Tournament. Carrie Rolf and Kari Wilhelm added five and four respectively.
