Cohen Alexander (Olympia Football) The Spartans traveled to New Berlin on Friday night and picked up a 46-19 win over the Pretzels. Alexander had 138 yards on five carries with two touchdowns for 56 and 65 yards. See how Olympia moved to 4-1 HERE.

Adrian Allen (Normal U-High Girls Golf) The Pioneers are conference champs! At the Central State Eight girls golf meet at Piper Glen on Wednesday and it was Allen who picked up medalist honors. She shot a 74 to help lead U-High to the team title by 17 strokes. Check out the highlights of the meet HERE.

Cam Appenzeller (Glenwood Boys Golf) Glenwood continues to roll on the golf course and picked up a Central State Eight conference title on Wednesday at Weibring Golf Course in Normal. Appenzeller led the Titans while picking up medalist honors with a one under 70. The highlights of the CS8 Boys Golf Tournament HERE.

Joel Brock (Rochester Boys Soccer) The Rockets stay unbeaten in the Central State Eight with a win over SHG last week. In the 3-0 victory Brock preserved the shutout in goal. Check out the highlights HERE.

Josh Cates (Williamsville Football) A overtime victory for the Bullets on Friday with a 36-35 win against Athens. Cates had three passing touchdowns, including one to tie the game at the end of regulation, and two rushing touchdown including the overtime TD. He finished with 203 yards in the air and 62 yards on the ground. See the touchdowns and all the highlights of the victory HERE.

Myson Johnson Cook (MacArthur Football) The Generals got a big win on Friday night over Glenwood. It was an 11 yard touchdown run from Johnson Cook in the third that ended up being the game winner. See the highlights of MacArthur’s 14-12 win HERE.

Alaina Ervin (Pleasant Plains Girls Golf) At the Sangamo Girls Golf Tournament on Thursday at Edgewood in Auburn it was Ervin who picked up medalist honors. She shot an 82 as the Cardinals finished second as a team. You can see the highlights of the meet HERE.

Becca Heitzig (Lincoln Cross Country) Heitzig had a good race on Saturday morning at Lincoln Park in the Springfield Invite. She took the win in the girls race with a time of 18:04.6 which was over a minute ahead of the rest. Highlights of the race HERE.

Leo Keebler (Williamsville Boys Golf) At The Rail on Wednesday it was Keebler who picked up medalist honors at the Sangamo Boys Golf Meet. He led the Bullets to a team victory with an even par of 72 while the team finished with a score of 304. Check out some of the highlights HERE.

Macie Rolf (Sacred Heart Griffin Volleyball) The Cyclones are City Champs! Sacred Heart Griffin picked up a win over Springfield High 25-20, 25-20 to claim the title. Rolf had 10 kills and 12 digs in the win. See the City title game highlights HERE.

Sawyer Smith (Auburn Football) The Trojans got a big win over PORTA on Friday night but it was Smith who broke a school record for receiving yards in a game. The old record was 253 yards, set in 2013, and Smith had 268 yards on nine receptions while scoring three touchdowns.

Britni Walters (Williamsville Volleyball) The Bullets are off to a 3-0 start in the Sangamo and on Tuesday against Athens they picked up a 25-22, 25-18 two set victory. Walters finished the night with 12 kills and six digs. See the highlights of the win HERE.
