The central Illinois 2A soccer scene has seen the Glenwood Titans and the Rochester Rockets meet for the sectional championship in 2021, 2022 and now in 2023, with Friday’s matchup being located at Normal West High School. Glenwood has a record of 18-4-1, Rochester has record of 19-3-2 and in the CS8 matchup between the two in Rochester, the Titans won 3-0. Rochester vs Glenwood will play at Normal West High School at 6 pm on Friday, May 26, 2023 for a spot in the 2A Chatham super sectional on Tuesday.
