Pleasant Plains shut out Lutheran High in the second and third quarter on their way to a 62-10 win to open the 2023 Sangamon County basketball tournament. The Cardinals will play the winner of Williamsville and Tri-City Sangamon Valley on Wednesday in the semifinals.
