Lanphier took a 5-0 lead early in the first quarter but Southeast was able to mount a comeback and take control to finish with a 62-51 victory. They’ll face off against Rochester Thursday for the Regional championship. Marisa Gant and DD Mehundrew finished with 16 for Southeast while Lanphier was led by Cheyenne Trotter who had 22.
