New Berlin had a ten point lead to start the game and led by 11 heading into the fourth. Williamsville rallied to cut the lead to just two in the final minute, but the Pretzels hit enough free throws and held on 50-44 in the Sangamon County boys tournament on Monday. New Berlin will play in Thursday’s semifinal at 6:30 pm against the winner of Auburn and Tri-City.
