Blake Turner said the Lions wanted to make a statement and they certainly did with a 71-44 win over Springfield High on Friday night in the CS8 Tournament semifinals. Tye Banks and KJ Debrick both posted double doubles for the Lions, who will play MacArthur on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Lober-Nika Gymnasium for the Central State Eight Tournament Championship.
