MacArthur picked up a 45-42 win over Springfield High at Duey Gymnasium Friday night. Both teams entered undefeated in conference play and stuck with each other throughout. MacArthur would pull away in the second before Springfield would work their way back within one with under one to play. Free throws would seal it for the Generals. Taya Davis scored 17 tonight, including her 1,000th career point while Kenzey Decker lead Springfield with 19. Springfield travels to Glenwood tomorrow while MacArthur travels to SHG to see who will hold sole possession of first in the conference.
