Last Tuesday, the Lions and the Pioneers both lost in conference play. This Tuesday, the two top teams in the Central State Eight meet for the second time this season, this time on the North Side of Springfield. U-High handed the Lions their first conference loss in Normal a month ago and things got heated after the game. Lanphier hosts U-High Tuesday night at Lober-Nika gymnasium, tip-off scheduled for 7 p.m. after a 5:30 JV start.
