The Lanphier Lions moved their record to 2-1 in the Washington Tournament of Champions with a 82-64 win over The Calhoun School of Alabama. Sophomore Tye Banks lead the Lions with 29 points, 11 rebonds and six assists who gained the lead early in the second quarter and never looked back. Lanphier withstood the performance of one of the best juniors in the country, 6’3 PG Jerdarrian Davison, who lead all scorers with 36 points while also grabbing 11 rebounds. Davison has offers from over a dozen D1 and power five NCAA schools. 6’8 Junior K.J DeBrick added 15 points and 16 rebounds for the Lions while providing solid defense in the paint and at the rim for Lanphier.
