Central A&M got the big plays they needed from their senior all state selections and held Athens in check for a 35-21 win over the Warriors in the 1A semifinal on Saturday afternoon. Connor Heaton and Jacob Paradee made a couple big plays on offense and defense that proved to be the difference for the Raiders who will play Lena-Winslow in the 1A state championship on Friday morning at 10 a.m. at Northern Illinois.
