Rochester’s first four hits of the game were all solo home runs that would give the Rockets a 4-1 lead after six innings. Jordan Jones also hit a solo shot of his own to get the Spartans on the board in inning number two. The Spartans would get a run in the top of the seventh but Rochester would hold on to win 4-2. Drew Henrikson would get the win as Rochester moves on to Saturday’s regional title game against either Glenwood or Taylorville.
