Chad Saner and Cam Edmonson battled back and forth from the mound in Rochester and Lanphier’s low scoring CS8 matchup at Robin Roberts. Saner finished with 15 ks and only gave up two hits in 6 1/3 innings. Edmonson finished with 11 ks and 3 hits in a winning effort. Henry Patterson would score Jayden Myren with an rbi single in the third to make it 2-0. That would be all the Rockets would need as they would hold off Lanphier for the 2-1 win.
