Lutheran took a 7-5 lead early thanks to Emily Stoeckel who went on a 7-0 run by herself. The Tornadoes would comeback and take a 14-11 lead into the second. Both teams would go back and forth in the second as Lutheran would take a 23-22 edge into the half.
Lutheran would take a narrow three point lead into the 4th quarter, but would hold off Tri-City in the 4th and beat the Tornadoes 42-35.
