The Lions jumped to an early double digit lead over Rochester but a three point basket at the first quarter buzzer by Brady Butler helped the Rockets cut the lead to 9 headed into the 2nd. Rochester would get late buckets from Cade Eddington and Seth Parkinson to cut the lead to 24-19 headed into the half.
The Lions would hold off Rochester in the second half thanks to a big game by Karl Wright and go on to pick up a double digit victory, 58-43, over Rochester.
