Natalie Snyder finished with 20 points and played excellent defense to lead Taylorville to a 57-49 win over Pleasant Plains on the Tornadoes’ home court Monday evening.

Taylorville jumped out to a 5-0 lead and never trailed in this one, while the Cardinals would cut a double digit lead down to four heading into the fourth quarter. Plains played the entire second half without starting point guard Ali Fraase who sat on the bench with ice on her right foot.
