The Cyclones’ defense stifled Rochester early on as SHG took a 10-6 lead headed into the second quarter. Victoria Zeigler and Sophie Lowis would take care of the SHG offense in the second as SHG took an eleven point lead into the half. The Cyclones would extend the lead to 17 in the third but a late push led by Maddie Kauffman helped the Rockets get within 11. Sophie Lowis would knock down a triple before the buzzer to put SHG up 38-23 headed into the last quarter. The Cycs would take care of business in the 4th and pick up the 49-35 win over Rochester.
