Diaz’s Two Goal Effort Ends Jacksonville’s Season As Champaign Central Beats Crimsons In Sectional Semifinals


 

Champaign Central’s Pablo Diaz scored with just ten minutes off the clock in the second half, but the Crimsons responded immediately with Reed Rogers hitting Drew Keller in stride for a goal to equalize. It was Diaz again who was the hero for Central with just 13 minutes left off a rebound goal as the Maroons won 2-1. They will play Springfield High Friday night at 7 pm for the Sectional Final.
