The East jumped out to a 14-0 lead in Saturday’s Do Or Die Bowl thanks to a Spencer Redd (SHG) touchdown grab from Lucas Rockford (SHS) followed immediately by a DJ Mumaw (Williamsville) pick-six. They never looked back en route to a 34-14 win at Porter Stadium in Hannibal, MO. Redd added another touchdown grab from Lanphier’s Ajonte Lee early in the second quarter. Lee then connected with Auburn’s Colby Bossman for a score and New Berlin’s Casey Bixby found Athens’ Drayton Davis for the final touchdown drive for the East, which has now won all three matchups in the new Do Or Die Bowl format.
