In 20 days, these two teams could meet again with a lot more at stake. Mt. Zion and Glenwood are the top teams in the lower half of the 3A MacArthur sectional, meaning if they both win regional titles, they will meet in the sectional semifinals.
Glenwood handed Mt. Zion their third loss of the season by a 3-1 score, thanks to the Braves’ errors in the first couple innings. Gavin Wahlbrink got the win for the Titans, going all seven innings and striking out seven.
