Maroa jumped out quickly on Williamsville at Forsyth Park Tuesday night, going up 3-1 on Bullets ace Josh Gray, but Gray settled down and pitched five solid innings for Williamsville in a 6-3 win. Bryce Newton came in for the final six outs, with a strikeout closing the curtain on Maroa’s comeback chances in the bottom of the 7th.
