Looking for a return trip to the sectional championship, the New Berlin Pretzels were stopped short by Madison’s Camron Jamison’s 24 points as the Pretzels fell 59-54 to the Trojans in the 1A North Greene sectional semifinal on Tuesday night.
New Berlin went 11 for 24 from the free throw line and 4 of 12 in the fourth quarter from the charity stripe as they battled back from being down as many as 12 in the second half to Madison.
Madison will play the winner of Okawville and West Central on Friday night for the sectional championship.
