At the half, Katryel Clark had more points than the Carlinville Cavies entire team. At the end of the game, Clark finished with 26 and Carlinville had 32, but Auburn won the school’s first regional title since 1996 with a 47-32 victory.
Auburn will play Tri-City in the 2A Riverton sectional semifinal at 6 p.m.
