Despite shooting under 50% from the free throw line and picking up two technical fouls the MacArthur Generals rallied to win a gut check road win at Normal U-High 62-60.
Bradley recruit Armon Brummett lead all scorers with 21 for MacArthur while brother Amir added 19 for the Generals but the game winning basket went to MJ Bond on a fast break dunk with 15 seconds left to give MacArthur the lead for good.
Normal U-High was lead by Mark Widdel with 20 points as U-High dominated points in the paint but their late 3 and rebound outback fell short in the final seconds. With the win, MacArthur goes to 10-2 in the CS8 and 13-7 overall.
