Luke Lehnen connected with Jason Hansbrough for a two point conversion in overtime as Glenwood held off a Normal U-High comeback and dashed the Pioneers’ playoff hopes in a 37-36 thriller on Friday. The Titans will wait until Saturday’s playoff pairing show to find out who they’ll play in the 6A post season bracket.
U-High quarterback Doug Holmes completed 35-of-65 passing attempts for 314 yards and three touchdowns. He rushed for another score. Lehnen threw for two scores and rushed for two more in the win for the Titans.
