Jacksonville’s Brandon McCombs Wins Penn Station Athlete Of The Year

Jacksonville senior standout Brandon McCombs is the winner of the 2016-17 Penn Station Athlete Of The Year. McCombs played soccer and basketball receives a $1,000 scholarship for winning.
