The winner will receive a $20 gift card to Mariah’s Restaurant.

Cayden Muench – Auburn’s go-to in their lineup to get things started was the junior who seemed to always find his way on base.

Garrett Eggleston – “Gibby” was the guy that typically followed Talon File in the Williamsville lineup and that’s some great protection for the other slugger.

Matt Helm – After bursting on the scene last year as a freshman, Helm followed it up with another great year for New Berlin in the batter’s box as a constant threat to go yard.

Sepp Mattera – Pleasant Plains puts two guys on this list after making it to a sectional championship and winning the Sangamo outright. Mattera was the three hole hitter in a lineup that constantly put up crooked numbers.

Makai Gant – The Spartans have known for a few years that Gant was their guy. Southeast’s lineup was led by the senior who could hit just about anyone.

Corgan Greer – The only freshman to make the cut was Pleasant Plains’ Corgan Greer. In the words of his brother Cole, “the kid can flat out rake.”

Devin Lasanska – The times we saw PORTA play this season, it was obvious who their best hitter was. Lasanska made it on base more times than not.

Logan Cody – Glenwood needed guys to score runs to help their impressive pitching staff and Logan Cody was that guy most of the season. The lefty slugger started the offense for the Titans.

Will Elvers – SHG had plenty of guys who could hit and Will Elvers certainly helped the Cyclones go on their 20 + game winning streak and win a regional title in the process.

Nic Baker – The QB certainly can star on the baseball diamond as well. Rochester’s leadoff man was a constant problem for CS8 pitchers.

Damian Pierce – Damo was expected to hit dingers all season long. Springfield High was led by the powerful lefty who CS8 pitchers will certainly not miss next season when he’s a Parkland.
