Ryan Held finished in second place in the 50-yard freestyle behind Florida’s Caeleb Dressel with a time of 18.6. Dressel won his third consecutive NCAA title in the 50 and now owns the 10 fastest times ever in the race. Held discusses the race and his relationship with Dressel, who Held swam with in the Olympic Gold Medal relay over the summer in Rio.
