Alton's Maurice Edwards hit a buzzer beater to send Glenwood home in the 4A Alton regional semifinal on Wednesday night by a score of 46-45.
Despite Joel Alexander's monster game in his final contest as a Titan, the Redbirds were able to hang around long enough to capitalize on having the last possession and Edwards hit a floater from eight feet over four Glenwood defenders to push Alton into the regional championship against Quincy on Friday night.
